FLASH!!    Reference 3A and Soundsmith now at P.A.U.L.

I have been searching for an outstanding, sophisticated sounding conventional driver speaker for the High End Room as complementary to the extraordinary full range, ribbon/magnetic planar Analysis Audio Reference Room.  After exhaustive evaluation and in consideration were several excellent speaker manufacturers, Reference 3A has earned a dedicated place in the High End Room known heretofore as the Reference 3A High End Room.

The Reference 3A High End Room has on permanent demonstration the new, SET friendly, Episode loudspeakers in natural maple.  The Reference 3A Room system as it appears now is the SOTA Millennia with theCartridgeman Conductor linear tracking, air-bearing tone arm with captured Cardas Incognito cable.  The phono cartridge is also from theCartridgeman, the Music Maker III.  This will be replaced by The Voice in ebony by Soundsmith.  A MSB Technology Platinum Reference CD Station III with a JPS Labs Aluminata AC cord and Purist Audio Design Proteus Provectus interconnect provides the digital source.  The Artemis Labs PH-1 with JPS Labs Aluminata AC cord and Acapella High Lamusika interconnect feed the Artemis Labs LA-1 which has a JPS Labs Kaptivator AC cord.  The Music Reference RM 200 MK II T Custom amp is connected back to the Artemis via JPS Labs Superconductor 3 interconnects and has an Isoclean Focus AC power cord.  The Reference 3A Episode are connected to the RM 200 by Purist Audio Design Venustas bi-wire speaker cable.  Power is supplied by the PS Audio Power Plant Premiere with a JPS Labs Aluminata AC cord.  Room treatment is various Echo Busters.
